Step 1: Demand communication & parameter collection. Our technical team communicates with clients to collect core data: rated load, required lifting height, working radius, installation space, wall/floor bearing capacity, working environment and local safety specifications. We confirm your usage frequency and special requirements, such as anti-corrosion treatment or explosion-proof components.
Step 2: Scheme design & drawing confirmation. According to the collected parameters, our engineers draw the structural layout and technical drawings. We mark key dimensions, load test standards and installation notes. Drawings will be sent to you for review and revision. No production starts until you fully confirm the technical solution. This step is critical to prevent rework caused by mismatched design.
Step3: Raw material procurement and production. After drawing confirmation, we select qualified steel and hydraulic components and start manufacturing. All raw materials will go through incoming inspection before entering the production workshop. Our production team strictly follows drawing specifications for cutting, welding, assembly and hydraulic system debugging.
Step4: Factory testing and quality inspection. Before shipment, every customized lifting machine undergoes full-load test, no-load running test, hydraulic tightness inspection and safety protection function test. Only equipment passing all QC items can be packed for delivery.
Step5: Packing, shipment and installation guidance. We use solid export packing to protect metal structures and hydraulic parts during long-distance sea transport. After goods arrive at your site, our technical team provides remote installation guidance. For key projects, we can arrange on-site technical instruction as agreed.
Step6: Long-term after-sales support. After commissioning, we supply operation manuals, maintenance guidance and spare parts support. Our team keeps responsive for technical troubleshooting.
